Report a safety concern
Email support@fastdraw.io to report illegal or harmful content, harassment, threats, exploitation, grooming, hate, sexual content, self-harm encouragement, impersonation, scams, or a player who may be at risk.
Please include:
- the room code and approximate date and time;
- the username involved and what happened;
- any safe screenshot or other context that helps identify the incident; and
- how we can contact you about the outcome.
Do not download, create, or resend illegal sexual imagery. Report suspected child sexual abuse material directly to the relevant national hotline or law-enforcement service.
What happens after a report
Reports are reviewed and may lead to content removal, a warning, room closure, account restriction, suspension, a permanent ban, preservation of relevant evidence, or a report to an appropriate authority. We aim to acknowledge non-emergency reports within two working days, although complex cases can take longer.
Appeal or complain
If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, or you are unhappy with how a report was handled, email support@fastdraw.io with “appeal” or “complaint” in the subject. Include the original report reference if you have one and explain the outcome you want reviewed. A person not involved in the original decision should review the appeal where practical.
Protecting younger players
- Players under 13 should play only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.
- Use a nickname. Never share a real name, age, school, address, phone number, passwords, social-media handles, or live location.
- Leave the room and tell a trusted adult if someone asks for secrets, private contact, personal details, images, or an in-person meeting.
- Room codes are invitations, not passwords. Share private codes only with people you trust.
Room-owner tools
The room owner can remove disruptive players. Automated word filters reduce obvious abuse but do not replace supervision or reporting. A removed player may reconnect from another session, so close the room and create a new private code if necessary.
Privacy while reporting
Report details are used to investigate the concern, protect users, enforce the rules, and meet legal obligations. Information is shared only when needed for those purposes, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
