Who is responsible
The operator of FastDraw.io is the controller of the information described here. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to support@fastdraw.io.
What FastDraw.io collects
You can play as a guest without creating an account. Guest names and character choices are stored in your browser and shared with players in your room while you play.
If you create an account, FastDraw.io stores your username, a securely salted password hash, account creation and recent-use dates, character choices, unlocked cosmetics, DrawCoin balance and transaction history, and hashed sign-in sessions. Your original password and session token are not stored in readable form.
Gameplay information
Room membership, drawings, guesses, scores, votes, room settings, and chat messages are processed so the multiplayer game works. Other players in the same room can see this information. Active room data is held in server memory and is cleared when the room closes or the service restarts.
Technical information
The service temporarily uses your IP address for connection security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. The hosting provider may also create short-lived technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Essential browser storage keeps your sign-in session, audio and animation settings, character, room-reconnect information, and a cosmetic-unlock cache on your device. Spendable DrawCoins are verified from the server and are not controlled by browser storage. FastDraw.io does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioural advertising, analytics cookies, precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone access.
Safety reports and messages to us
If you email a safety report, complaint, support request, or privacy request, we receive the information you choose to include and the email address you use. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or illegal images. Reports are used only to investigate, respond, protect users, enforce the rules, and meet legal duties.
Why this information is used
Gameplay and account information is processed to provide the service you request. Security, safety, and abuse-prevention information is processed for the legitimate interests of protecting FastDraw.io and its players. Information is also used where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Sharing and retention
FastDraw.io does not sell personal information. Hosting, infrastructure, and email providers process limited information only to operate, protect, and support the service. If a provider processes information outside the UK, an applicable adequacy decision, contractual safeguard, or other lawful transfer mechanism will be used.
Active room information is removed when the room closes or the service restarts. New sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. Account information remains while the account is active and until it is deleted, the user asks for deletion, or the service closes. Security and safety records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for protection, complaints, legal duties, or claims.
Your choices
You can play as a guest, sign out, clear FastDraw.io data from your browser, or delete a signed-in account from the account panel. Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, transfer, or object to the use of your information. Email support@fastdraw.io to make a request. We may need to confirm that the account or information belongs to you.

Children
FastDraw.io applies high-privacy defaults to everyone: guest play, no advertising trackers, no precise location collection, no public profiles, and no saved drawing or chat history. The service does not use personal information to profile children or recommend content.
Players under 13 should use FastDraw.io only with a parent or guardian involved and should not create an account on their own. A child or parent can ask questions or request deletion at support@fastdraw.io.

This page will be updated when the service or its data practices change. Important changes will be explained clearly before they take effect where required. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
